Wash N' Roll Car Wash - Murfreesboro, TN (New Salem Hwy)

visited Wash N’ Roll and purchased the $17 wash package that included access to the vacuums. After my vehicle was washed, I pulled into the vacuum area only to discover the vacuums were not working. i tried multiple vacuums and eventually got an employee’s attention. He pushed a button and told me they should be working, then walked away. Unfortunately, they still did not come on. I then had to track him down a second time. When I finally found him, he told me to “hang on,” but the vacuums never started working. By that point I had already wasted about 10 minutes and wasn’t willing to spend more time chasing someone down for a third time. I ended up leaving without being able to use a service that I had paid for. The car wash itself was fine, but the lack of working equipment and the poor follow-up from staff made for a frustrating experience. If you’re paying for the vacuum service, make sure it’s actually working before pulling into the vacuum area.

This car wash is terrible and I won’t be back. Every time we go, half of the vacuums are blocked off- every single time causing a back up on one side. There are never any towels. When I told the attendant - on his phone the entire time- he put his hands up and said “someone is folding them now” like I was attacking him. He couldn’t be bothered while on his phone. Just terrible - go down to Tommy’s Car Wash on Hwy 96 and save yourself the trouble.

I was a VIP member and visited two locations and was consistently disappointed with the quality. The vacuums were ineffective at both locations and my car still had bugs after washing. When I requested a refund I was denied and given an invalid email address for follow up. I was promised a manager callback that never came. I sent a formal complaint through their website with no response. The customer service experience was dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this membership to anyone.

i’ve been here a few times since it’s the most convenient drive through car wash but every time my car hasn’t been fully cleaned… even after paying for one of the more expensive washes. only my driver side wheels get partially cleaned (they’re still dirty after, but better than before), the passenger side ones are still very dirty, as if water didn’t even touch them. and after going through the wash, and once my car air dries after (because it’s still wet after exiting the wash), it leaves these spots across my hood and windshield

This is the second time I’ve had a rude experience at this car wash. The first time I just guessed the attendant was having a bad day and wrote it off. Twice now however I’ve had terrible experiences. Your staff is incredibly rude. You’d think the first 4 no’s from me would be enough to signal that I don’t want a membership but apparently not. Not sure why your staff takes a “no” from a stranger so personal but hey I guess that’s business. Looks like I’m not the only one with terrible experiences based on the other reviews here….
